A former employee at a Massachusetts daycare and a former New Hampshire state representative have been sentenced to decades in federal prison for exploiting young children and sharing explicit images, prosecutors said.
Lindsay Groves, 41, of Hudson, New Hampshire, was sentenced to more than 21 years in prison and five years of supervised release. Stacie Marie Laughton, 42, of Nashua, New Hampshire, was sentenced to more than 33 years in prison and five years of supervised release, according to the US Attorney for the District of Massachusetts.

On Friday, June 19, numerous units responded to Sea Isle City after a deceased man was found in the area of 72nd Street, Ocean City police said. The man was identified as the swimmer who went missing Monday, May 18 at the 10th Street Beach in Ocean City, police said.

A 56-year-old Long Beach Township man was arrested and charged with DWI after he drove to police headquarters, authorities announced Monday, June 22.
On Thursday, June 18, a vehicle approached the Long Beach Township Police Department Headquarters through an entrance meant for emergency vehicles only, law enforcement said.

Broome County resident Tyler J. Russell, of Endwell, was arrested Monday evening, June 22, following an investigation into the deadly blaze at the Knights Inn on East Main Street in Endwell, New York State Police said in an update on Monday night.
